Color
Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee on all color services
within the first week they were performed and they are
guaranteed thereafter only with use of recommended at home
care products. Corrective color usually requires more than
one service to achieve desired results. All
guarantees will be determined by our Design Team.
Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot
guarantee color services if the client has previously had
color done outside of our salon.
Late
Arrival
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service
time. As a courtesy to the next guest, please arrive
on time.
Cancellation
Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled
appointment with us, we ask that you please call us at
least 24 hours in advance - as a courtesy to the staff
member, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs
of other clients.
Waxing
Headlines Studio Salon is not responsible for
sensitive skin or tearing of the skin due to excessive
waxing or the use of Retin A or any other similar
products.
Referral
Program
We are confident that you will enjoy your
experience at Headlines Studio Salon and we will want you
to share your experience with your friends and
family. For this reason, we are delighted to offer
referral incentives to our valued clients. For every five
client referrals booked and received, you will receive a
$30 Gift Card good for any services.
Product
Returns
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of
our skin and hair products, if you decide that it is not
the right product for you, and provided that 1/2 the
original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly
take it back and exchange it for another product within 14
days of original purchase. No cash or credit card
refunds, exchanges only. Hair pieces, make-up and
boutique items are non-returnable.
